First my luggage gets lost for 6 days so I had no winter gear on a ski trip. Now on my way home my flight gets delayed which will cause me to miss my connection which means I'm forced to stay the night at the airport. Nothing is going my way this trip thanks @united 🙃

I've been a loyal United Mileage Plus Credit Card holder since 2015 and even used my accrued Reward Miles to book this trip. I'm supposed to be snowboarding, but I can't because my luggage is still missing 3 days later and no one has contacted me. @United @AirCanada

@United @aircanada It's been 3 days since I filed a Property Irregularity Form and there's still no update on where my luggage is. I've have to spend a lot of time/money buying stuff in a place where stores are 20mins away instead of enjoying my trip.
