Marc says he doesn't count him because he's locked up, which sparks a debate: can someone who's been away for a long time still be considered the King of R&B?

Marc admits that musically, R. Kelly is still the king, but says that when someone can't tour or perform on stage, the other king, the one who can, becomes the real king. Ish and Ice argue that Chris Brown might even take that crown from Usher, since Brown was the one who brought Usher out on tour. Marc pushes back, saying Brown doesn't have a classic album, so he can't be considered the king.
