St. Joseph's captured the Clare Minor A League title following a 2.15 to 1.17 victory over Clarecastle in Clare Abbey this morning. It was well deserved for a better balanced Parish side who held off a late rally from the Magpies to seal the win. Congrats to panel and management.
Congrats to Senan & Tadhg Baker on Westmeath’s historic Leinster SFC win!
Senan hit a crucial late equaliser, while Tadhg continues his rise after U20 All-Ireland success.
Only their 2nd ever title (last in 2004) — a proud day for Dad (and St Joseph's Great) Ollie & family 👏
The Doora-Barefield contingent that helped Clare to a first Munster U20 Hurling Championship in 12 years & a fifth in all - pictured at the Gaelic Grounds yesterday evening following an epic battle v Tipp - Conor, Graham Paudie and Thomas - Congratulations Lads and Up the Banner!
This felt like the quickest ever hour. The great Jamsie O’Connor. Player of the Year, 4 Allstar x 4, Clare to the bone.
We talk phone calls to Kerry great Maurice Fitzgerald, Ger Loughnane, Cork & a run-in with Ronan Curran. We also talk punditry, really interesting. The Sky Sports years, RTE & BBC (we think)
Lovely tribute to Colum Flynn. Hurling, life, Jamsie.

We took ourselves along to the Clare GAA Centre of Excellence in Caherlohan on Monday night last to have a look in on night four of the 2026 Development Squad pre-trials . Over 180 budding Banner stars from across the county have been grouped into teams with brilliant club coaches over the past month playing small sided games with rules amended so each player can work on the speed of their hurling and get more touches . A fantastic schedule of games and only the start of an exciting journey for each and every one of them . Well done to all .
💛💙From his Galway roots to being @GaaClare most prolific scorer during their golden era in the '90s, Jamesie O'Connor was the heartbeat of a hurling revolution! 🌟
Four All-Stars, three Munster titles, two All-Irelands and a 1997 Hurler of the Year crown to top it off! 👑
