Like the only way you can “invest” into Lamar is receivers.

One of the leagues best rushing duos, nope
Top offensive line, nada
A top 5 defense? Nope
The greatest kicker in nfl history? Nope

They invested by giving the best team possible to go win. When Lamar played they averages 28 points, top5 in the league. Sure invest in more receivers, and become the bengals with a poor offensive line and defense. That doesn’t necessarily mean success.

Also, sustained success is more important than one Super Bowl. The longer you can sustain a high caliber team the more chances you get. Fans don’t understand how lucky it is to win the Super Bowl.

But ya, get receivers.
