3/5 things like formation. 3️⃣.1️⃣Or as a club could they play them a year up.🚨 🤔 Just because a team has the name of the professional club where you live does not make them better or mean they have an association with them. Don’t be fickle and leave for a name
4/5 Conversations don’t always have to be face to face if you don’t feel comfortable., it could be email but remember emails can be read in the wrong way. But if you are raging always good to sleep on the email before hitting send. Think all round development of your child
2/5 options for you. 1️⃣Maybe it’s the club itself - which if it is be honest so they can improve. 2️⃣Maybe it’s the coach, again be honest so if needed can improve. 3️⃣Maybe you feel your child needs challenging more, coaches can simply solve this if they agree by easily changing
1/5 Parents, if you want to leave the club where your child plays speak to the club with your reasons why before you explore the option. I would hope most clubs would be reasonable and honest. If they think it’s best they’ll advice its the right move, or they can talk over
@FootballGrf This year weather has been the worst I’ve known in 5 seasons. Summer we have similar problems they people overlook; solid grounds.... also holidays would need to be taken into an account. Those players who may have caravans or go camping regular on the weekend.
