New Year Announcement

As the sun set today at Maghrib, we welcome the blessed month of Muharram and the beginning of a new Islamic year.

Muharram is one of the sacred months and a beautiful opportunity to renew our intentions, increase in worship, and draw closer to Allah.

Among the great opportunities in this month are:

- Fasting on the Day of ‘Ashura (10th Muharram) - a means for expiation of the previous year’s sins.

- Fasting the Ayaamul Beedh (13th, 14th & 15th of the lunar month) from the beloved Sunnahs of our Prophet.

May Allah grant us a year filled with barakah, guidance, forgiveness, and steadfastness upon His obedience.

اداکارہ سارہ خان نے دوسری بیٹی کی پیدائش کے بعد اپنے مداحوں سے بات چیت کے دوران کہا کے دعاؤں سے بچے پیدا نہیں ہوتے اگر ایسا ہے تو بطور مسلمان یہ دعائیں کس لیے ہیں؟
اللہ تعالیٰ کے کئی انبیاء کرام نے اولاد کے لیے دعا مانگی اور قرآن میں ان کی دعائیں بھی ذکر ہوئی ہیں
1. *حضرت زکریا علیہ السلام*
اولاد نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے بڑھاپے میں دعا مانگی۔
*دعا:*
> *رَبِّ هَبْ لِ�� مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ*
> "اے میرے رب! مجھے اپنی طرف سے پاکیزہ اولاد عطا فرما، بے شک تو دعا سننے والا ہے"
>
> *رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ*
> "اے میرے رب! مجھے اکیلا نہ چھوڑ، اور تو بہترین وارث ہے"
>
اللہ نے انہیں حضرت یحییٰ علیہ السلام عطا کیے۔
2. *حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام*
انہوں نے بھی نیک اولاد کی دعا کی۔
*دعا:*
> *رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ*
> "اے میرے رب! مجھے نیک اولاد عطا فرما"
>
اللہ نے انہیں حضرت اسماعیل اور حضرت اسحاق علیہما السلام عطا کیے۔
3. *حضرت آدم علیہ السلام اور حضرت حوّا علیہا السلام*
اولاد کی سلامتی کے لیے دعا مانگی جب اللہ نے ان کو اولاد دی۔
*دعا:*
> *رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا*
> "اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں ہماری بیویوں اور اولاد سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک عطا فرما، اور ہمیں پرہیزگاروں کا امام بنا
