A short update on Buybacks and Jackpots

We've committed an extra 5% of protocol revenue towards buybacks, bringing the total share of buybacks up to 15% of the creator-fee pool, meaning $5,700 will be bought back and burnt today.

Tonight's buyback and burn will be published as usual.

Jackpots have been changed for better long-term alignment with https://t.co/iYfqBVrA1D players.

- Jackpots will now pay out 10 winners per draw
- Stakers will now hold more weight in the Jackpot as a group
