There's a basic human need in all of us to feel understood. If you make your prospect feel seen, they're more likely to stick around throughout your sales process.
Being grateful is one thing. Knowing why you are grateful for is another. THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to read my book "Grateful Geek". Life is a journey. With some tech and friends along the way.

Meeting @gassee and delving into his 'Grateful Geek' insights was a tech treasure trove. If you haven't experienced it yet, 'Grateful Geek' is a 50-year tech journey worth your time. https://t.co/jpYw70jy6u
Who agrees that the ultimate test to know if someone is legit in tech is to check if they can build a computer on stage during a keynote? Anyone? @gassee? Well, that's right. Gassee is the only one who did it in front of such an audience. @frogtwitt

Hey @ajassy how do we get a proper answer from @AmazonKindle community service to remove negative reviews on @gassee book due to Amazon poor testing of a new format? Punishing the author for it is not fair. And you are talking tech legend. We tried regular channels to no avail.
