@E_IS_Ferguson@__MarieTherese_ I agree, I think people really struggle to believe that other people's circumstances differ. With our first, I was still in uni and my husband worked afternoons, so it was largely whoever woke first. Two and three were just me but he'd see to the toddlers if they woke him
@lefebvrists Thank you 😊 They're wonderful and it's so precious watching them interacting a bit more as they grow. It's been intense though aha and my only mum friends are my own mum and mother-in-law who lives in another region
@jessgill03 Literally. I became a first time mum at 20, my husband's colleagues' first response was always to ask if we were keeping "it" and the Boomer health visitors were always keen to point out that I had no idea what I was letting myself in for 🤷♀️
In your charity, please may you spare a prayer for my unborn baby - I am experiencing pain and blood loss but we cannot have a scan for a couple of days 🤍
@omnialnchristo This is so true! We were on our own for our first baby who was combination fed because we couldn't find support but we moved before our second was born, my mum helped me learn and I managed to continue it for a year
@__MarieTherese_@catholic_anglo I went private in the end too, the dentist spent - genuinely - three minutes looking at my teeth and said "the bleeding and wobbling will stop after the baby is born" which was still months away so £50 well spent!
