@DuncanAbigaba In my village, Mitooma, we still do bulungi bwansi. we have 3 water wells serving about 700 HHs, every month, we meet there led by the LC 1 chairperson for cleaning. Each HH sends a member or 2 with cleaning tools, those who dont participate are fined heavily.
