@akuna_kun - RB was demoted in 2017, the system is entirely different

- RB made a joke about breaking rules, Tri abided by the rules to the T, just used a different format than other mods

None of the levels there are Sakupen Hell remakes but for one reason or another have a resemblance or ties to the level where someone could *argue* that they fall under the umbrella of the term "remake" in modern gd

Eiriley and Vernam gain the most out of anyone by this level getting rated. Vernam already really should be banned.

It's only not in GD because the the rating system/bans is handled by a single person

It should be a standard that ppl who do terrible things have no place in GD

@Renn_241 imo pulses would have the biggest effect; a lot of nhelv would have an extreme color change when the snare hit where as in Abden it feels like relatively little changes

Nehlv also used a lot of strobe or fast flashing effects on the build up and drops which i think helped a lot

@rawrkiti i agree ive just been going back through a lot of rated and unrated early 1.9 levels recently and i forgot until i did it how many people used skrillex songs they uploaded to newgrounds like its an obscene amount
