BREAKING: Donald Trump's historic losing streak worsens as the federal appeals court in D.C. declines to rehear arguments over the standing gag order preventing Trump from smearing witnesses and court staff in the special counsel's January 6th case.

But it gets even better...

The gag order �� which was placed on Trump by Judge Tanya Chutkan last year — has been a weight around the ex-president's neck. He relies on his ability to rant and lie to his followers to keep his political career afloat. That's been denied to him.

Better yet, not a single of the 11 judges from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals dissented with the decision to uphold the gag order. Clearly, Trump's lawyers failed to make a compelling argument.

Now, the only option left is for Trump to appeal directly to the Supreme Court...
