@AKATheSkay@CommunityFibre I've been having a similar issue for the last two weeks - I think it's a problem with their peering to other networks, but I'm getting nowhere with CF support. ~15% packet loss deep in the CF network. I'm often getting "Unable to connect" and similar, need to keep refreshing ☹️
@leighghunt@thunderforesthq Yep, that wasn't great! 😢 All fixed earlier, and now investigating why two different monitoring and alerting systems failed to notify us 🤦
Whether you're new to cycling, looking to get the family more active this year or a long-term cyclist, we'd love your help in making Kingston even more bike-friendly. Come along to our next meeting (7.30 10 Jan, Kingston Environment Centre KT3 3PE) to share your thoughts for 2023
@thetrainline Due to overrunning engineering works I abandoned my journey on Sunday (+ paid £50 for a hire car). But now I find out that to refund my £13.20 ticket, you'll charge me £10 fee? And also I need to post it to you? And you recommend recorded delivery? Are you serious?
@thetrainline Hi Chris - got a notification today to say the refund is approved and the money on the way. But when I check online it says the admin fee has been deducted ☹️ Can you check please and refund the admin fee as agreed please?
On Saturday, 6 days after the snow fell and froze, I wanted to know if @RBKingston had treated any of the borough's major cycle routes. Here's what I found:🌨️🌨️❄️❄️🚴
Actions speak louder than words. Over those six days of treating roads, with complete inaction on pavements and major cycle routes - the message from @RBKingston has been loud and clear.
They had plenty of time to deal with this. There are grit bins right there. These are major routes used by hundreds of people walking and cycling every day, and yet they just put up some "good luck, you'll need it" signs and simply walked away.
@CllrRowenaBass@myldn@KingstonCycling I hope they do! But they already put out signs, and have grit bins, and an "ad-hoc" treatment policy for cycle lanes. On Saturday, six days after the snow fell and froze, the Cut and Beeline still were deathtraps! So I'm concerned what they offered you is just more of the same.
