@JioCare Pathetic experience with new connection. Engineer was assigned for SR00002BY7OH after multiple follow ups, but did not turn up at scheduled time yesterday. Now visit is scheduled for 5 days later with no option to reschedule. Can this even be called service? Ridiculous.

@OfficialStarAir sent a cancellation message in short notice for flight S5-212 scheduled for 6th Aug 2024.
The StarAir is not reachable on call even after waiting for long time.
@Cleartrip is not helping me with alternate travel plan.
