Let us introduce to You Guys, OUR NGO!!!!! DECAN REFUGE is an NGO that helps an animal that has been trafficked. DECAN provide rehabilitation for these animals and it was located in Djibouti. This place is run by a French Vet and this place is not a Zoo but a Nature Reserve <3
