Celebrating 25 years of [adult swim] today. Ghostly and @adultswim have curated a little 6-hr playlist of collective favorites from their "bumps." Since 2008, we've supplied music for some of their 'bumps', many of which are collected in this playlist. link below.
@karrisaarinen Only if the cost to fix those bugs via LLM maths out to be cheaper than the equivalent employee(s) it replaces. How efficient is the setup re: token spend?
@burkov@hunoematic If you have documentation of that switch being made without any warning (or a sneaky clause buried in terms), at least submit a BBB complaint. If they're in the wrong, they'll have to respond to you via BBB and you may get a refund that way indirectly.
I made this apparel configurator website in 3d using @splinetool v2, much more interesting than a traditional website!
I made it so you can choose between the clothing items, the colors and the printed pattern, all was generated inside Spline, no other tools used 😎
Man. Just heard about Wendell Berry passing: https://t.co/RX4SdkZU5n
RIP. Hell of a human. If you're not familiar, I recommend his book the Unsettling of America as a starter.
@vanschneider Nothing has been solved, people just wish to be antagonistic out of insecurity about having more creative power than they're used to. The best things will always be guided by human hands, minds, and hearts. Mass production already demonstrates this with most physical goods.
https://t.co/QtqM0eCrz3 Embedded UI design is brutal: tweak C++, flash, repeat. AI is already great at web UI. With local rendering loop of FreeInk, We can perfect the interface with AI in the browser—then let itself iterate the C++ UI until it matches.
This is about to become the default workflow of tomorrow's AI Hardware development. See it live https://t.co/ORyE5FXlBx

@nateberkopec The only people I've seen using APIs are senior engineers doing human-in-the-loop or people building products that depend on API access.
I personally trend towards APIs so I don't blow a valve the day the subsidies end (also coaches your ability to spend wisely).
@stephenbalaban "Think about the jobs" is one part of it. Sure, you get jobs, but how many (at what pay)? With what working conditions/expectations? Is there mutual loyalty or are workers treated like replaceable parts?
There's also the whole environmental destruction and urban blight problem.
you can't cherry pick existence. the highs, the lows, the boring stretches, the adrenaline - it’s a package deal. and the whole thing is incredible. the contrast is what gives the picture its depth. if you want the intense joy, you have to endure the heavy pain. embrace every single feeling that hits your chest, because that entire chaotic spectrum is what makes this life so damn beautiful.

Conceived, designed, and built by yours truly (in the last 12 months). And that's just the stuff you can see. A large portion by hand.
I know exactly who he is, that's why I didn't hesitate.
