@spikelmao@natmatant thank u broβ€οΈi havent played gambit in a couple yrs but back in y3 i used to run into that korean gambit clan called spawn-kill (r they still around? idk) a lot and they invited me to play a few times, casual players got no clue what an entirely different beast gambit sweating is
@natmatant@spikelmao the point of the original post is that a highly optimized team can repeatedly gatekeep opponents from getting t5 drops by playing well enough to consistently kill their primeval while preventing opponents from summoning one in the first place
@Gladd Iβm going all in on marathon. To prove my dedication Iβm giving myself amnesia so I donβt remember destiny 2. Iβm privating the last 10 years of my memories. Better not piss off god as heβs the last source of those memories
@Joeshmoeys@Greenpig117 no it's definitely worse than cheating, if you lose cause u have a freshie who clearly doesn't belong in your rank, that sr is gone forever. if you match a cheater and lose to him, if he gets banned you get sr compensation (i literally got some sr back today)
@jumpbugger yeah it really sucks that they singled out russia for this but turned a blind eye to israel and will never do something like that for united states, i wouldn't be bothered at all if it was at least a consistent ruling
@Onepeg i think the difference in this case is bungie's previous context, it's less about just being sustainable and more about if sony/shareholders are satisfied with the performance, and as was stated for destiny 2, even at its peak it wasn't performing well enough for investors
