If I had a nickel for every time "Conga" was played in a Disney World attraction, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but its wierd it's happend twice.
The Trump administration is clearly retaliating against @AnthropicAI for refusing to go along with their patently unconstitutional plans for mass surveillance.
More and more Americans can see that President Trump will do grave harm to America and her interests if he can inflict even the tiniest amount of pain on his enemies.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Walt Disney World used Apple Vision Pros to streamline the live audio mixing process for the recently updated Soarin’ attraction at EPCOT
Normally they would have to build a bunch of scaffolding just to support all of the displays and mixing equipment for this use case
But it wasn’t, that’s a revisionist narrative.
The decades represented in the original show were not distant abstractions to World's Fair audiences. They were living memory. Plenty of guests walking into that theater had been alive for every era the attraction depicted. The show was nostalgia for older guests and a conversation starter for younger ones. You can practically imagine the grandkids pouring out of the theater asking their grandparents, "Wait, did you really have to pump water when you were my age?" That was the point. It connected generations through progress.
And now it will once again.
The show wasn’t intended to last for a 60 years though. It was Disney’s negligence that allowed people like @Savethedmagic to engage in this revisionist pseudo historical narrative.
