@Manu_Sisti There are sooo many of these types of posts on X that suggestively say that is easy to earn with eBooks and AI, but in reality how many of these people actually do earn this if its so easy?!
Working from home vs in the office, the debate is getting fierce...
Many businesses are asking their teams back into the office, first it was just 2 days but now some are even pushing for 4 or 5 days and it’s causing a bit of a split. On one hand, some employees are fine with it; they’re okay trading the home-office flexibility for in-person interactions that help build relationships. On the other hand, plenty of folks have settled into remote routines that let them juggle life and work in ways that just make sense for them. Dragging them back into the office can feel like a step backward and can dent morale.
Now, there’s no sugar-coating it: yes, in-office work can foster team spirit and those spontaneous “watercooler moments” that remote calls can’t fully replace. But insisting on a return without recognizing the impact on people’s established routines isn’t going to win hearts and minds.
There are even companies saying “if you don’t like it, you can leave,” with this they are not worrying about employee morale. Sure, no one’s going to stand up in a meeting and admit they’re demotivated, but you’ll find that resentment quietly building up.
And guess what? That silent disengagement means that when you need people to go the extra mile, they’ll be far less willing to do it.
So, if a business wants to avoid a subtle exodus or a team that’s just going through the motions, it’s worth paying attention to how people really feel. Otherwise, you’re just trading short-term compliance for long-term disengagement.
What do you think?
Most men won’t admit when they need help. They just carry it.
Be Like Norm is a place to share, and connect with other men navigating the same pressures.
No gurus. No ego. Real support from people who get it.
If that hits, take a look.

@hanx2ontheway@gregisenberg It's true, everyday there's a "new and better way" to do things. Just stick with one and follow through, shiny object syndrome is a thing...
