All of the drivers raced under the same playoff system with the same format. Joey figured it out and made it work. Those three titles were earned 🤷🏼♂️
@JOTT_Podcast@joeylogano YES SIR! 22 CREW IS ALIVE BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE ARE BACK!!!
people are gonna be so pissed about this race and call for a massive change (like they always do when Joey is on top)
Today, please help me honor Senior Chief Chad Wilkinson. A man who served 21 years across multiple combat deployments.
But some wars follow you home.
A US Navy SEAL Senior Chief, Wilkinson graduated BUD/S in 1996. For more than two decades, he served on the most dangerous missions, including over a decade as a Tier 1 operator at SEAL Team 6. He earned the Silver Star, and the Bronze Star with Valor. He was trusted where failure was not an option.
He trained his body to endure anything, but some wounds are invisible.
Repeated blast exposure during training and combat quietly changed his brain. No scars. No broken bones. Just damage accumulating over time.
He kept pushing forward.
At home, the burden grew heavier. The same man who could climb mountains and crush brutal 1,000-step workouts was fighting something no one could see.
On October 29, 2018, Chad Wilkinson killed himself while still on active duty. He was 44.
After his death, scientists studied his brain. They found a distinct pattern of damage linked to blast waves. The injury was real, physical, and measurable. But the discovery came too late.
Today, thousands honor him by completing the CHAD1000X workout, carrying weight on their backs. A symbol of what veterans carry every day.
Most will never know how heavy it truly was for him.
Not forgotten 🔱
