@BigRude2026@JDfromNY206 That was years ago and a lot has changed. Almost no house/road shows, lighter schedule, holidays off, etc etc. All of that context matters if you’re going to compare the two eras.
@ILov3Wrestling4@JDfromNY206 And that is why I don’t watch. I gave AEW an honest try a few years ago. Watched a few episodes of Dynamite and yeah… There was nothing there to keep me, so I’m not inclined to buy a PPV.
@EllisBallentine@rob_bohanan That is the right answer. No skin in this, but as a person that works event production, TK’s team should have reached out to the city to let them know the show would run late. A phone call could have avoided all of this.
@mobkumo @RedactedLoaf I’ve been around the ent biz for years on the TV/live concert side. Ain’t no way this dude ever headlines a stadium. He might be part of a package tour as an opener and get 15 minutes. Paul McCartney is 83 yo and still touring. Tix are $$$. He still sells.
@HolyMolyBologna @Crimnls4Safety @BattleByrd Same. I watched the kids at Valvoline take 25+ minutes to change my cabin filter because of where it’s located. No way I’m doing all that. It would probably take me over 2 hours to do it.
@HoesLuvKojima@KingRicochet Kayfabe no longer exists in a world driven by social media. Also: wrestlers have lives outside of the sport that they post about.
