@MikeDardisWLWT Lived off campus at OSU in late 80s, not much better. All apartments had bars on the windows to keep people out. I lived in the basement on one - probably no legal way out window. Been bad forever but survived.

Opinion
The U.S. Constitution does not set 66% as the margin for ratification.
It is the Issue 1 sponsors who are out of line and they cynically try to invoke the aura of the country’s founders. Don’t be fooled.

Issue 1 would let special interests steal our right to majority rule even before a citizen initiative could get on the ballot.
