The ABS system is a smashing success, but the rule about having to challenge within an arbitrary and very short time limit is totally unnecessary. Catchers/batters has to wait for the umpire to first make the call, then decide if they want to challenge that call. @MLB needs to remove this rule - it is actually slowing up the game, not speeding it up.
