@Lady_samuraiF1@eDreams I have not succeeded in complaining by any means. Support chat is useless, and here on Twitter I get replies from suspicious accounts who are supposedly part of their customer service network
Booked a Paris–Brussels train through @eDreams. SNCF cancelled the service. eDreams offered no assistance or alternative, and their support chat was useless. We had to buy new tickets ourselves to reach Brussels. We are still waiting for a refund for the cancelled booking.
@Lady_samuraiF1@eDreams Have you had any luck getting in touch with customer service? They leave you waiting for hours in the chat, and then someone finally shows up only to close the conversation in under two minutes.
