@HyundaiIndia In 2021 bought hyundai from FRONTIER HYUNDAI Delhi. exchanged my old car & NOC was issued by RTO CHANDIGARH in mar 2021 veh still in my name in RTO dealer says they have done whatever was required and now there is no responsibility of theirs. Pl look into it.

@HyundaiIndia On selling car to hyundai it was the resp of hyundai to take care of the old car.But Hyundai has sold the car without transfer of the ownership.THIS IS CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY HYUNDAI AND BREECH OF TRUST

@HyundaiIndia T feels like hyundai is in business of luring customers with fake assurance to take care of old car and they sell new car to them, making their business.

It is the responsibility of hyundai to meet the ends and get the veh transfered to the owner.

read the motor veh act 1988. Copy att https://t.co/ZYRQJkzFXw per it motor veh act the liability is of the owner of the even even it has been transfered. If the ownership is not changed then in case of any incident the owner will be liable

In current case the HYUNDAI motors took the veh and it was its responsibility to do all the formalities of the transfer of ownership.I am sorry but u need to act and get the name changed.THE DEALERcannot wash awayhand by saying that name of transfree is in the NOC

@hyundaiHyundai motors had just sold its own veh and my old veh which they have taken has been dumped. 

Pl take corrective action, from my side contact RTO MUNGER , CANCEK THE REGN IR SALE. BUT NAME HAS TO BE TRANSFERRED
