@DJPie I read The Art of Fielding based on the Goals pod recommendation and watching Maher melt down has me thinking he needs to get lit up on a tackle a la Skrimshander taking one in the ear hole
@iancwelker007@NoLayingUp For the record I enjoy watching more when there’s an obvious risk/reward on many holes. Don’t love birdie feats but you can’t just make a course harder. Pros are so good that in good conditions they’ll tear up any course
@iancwelker007@NoLayingUp I think that’s more of a philosophical issue. Wanting to see pros struggle probably doesn’t align with what most people want to see. And making courses unfair will just piss off players and they won’t come back
just remember that your holiday travel woes could always be worse. for instance, you could be this woman, who looks like she just saw the headline of the article she's pictured in.
@Luke_Elvy You referencing a movie that attempts to use manipulation to distract from a scandal to describe what Rory is doing, instead of seeing the much more obvious example of the Saudi government starting a golf league to downplay their human rights violations is 🤌🏻
Let’s celebrate the reopening of Pinehurst No. 8. RT this for a chance at a round for you and a guest on No. 8 and The Cradle. And, with No. 8 being our Centennial Course (see the "100?"), we’ll toss in a $100 gift card for each of you to use in the golf shop.

I’ll be mispronouncing words like “haphazard”, “melancholy”, and “hors d'oeuvres” for the rest of my life.
