He pled to TWO watered down "conspiracy" counts and got a SUSPENDED sentence.

So what is his punishment?

ZERO additional days in prison.
Suspended sentence.
24 months probation.
50 hours of community service.

...FOR A REPEAT OFFENDER WHO HAS RACKED UP NERALY 300 CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!

He faced nearly 15 YEARS IN PRISON and now will serve zero.

He's out of prison, walking around Charlotte NC as a free man right now.
