@KyleOnKeys Was there in support. And to party. We all stayed at the holiday inn next to convention center in Portland. Fun times. The parade was really fun!
@liftblog Lots of rain here in Wisconsin last couple days. We haven’t had weather for snowmaking in weeks. And have yet to get any snow to measure all season. Snowmobile related businesses especially hurting. It stinks
@liftblog@SnowriverMtn That’s the new $10m six pack at indianhead. I see my friend’s condo in background. I guess plans are to connect ski “hills” there via gondola. They definitely needed to upgrade. Glad to see it!
@crazyclipsonly Had similar story with a young girl buried on a big powder day at Northstar. Off any tracks under snow near the Marta’s Camp chair at 320pm when that lift closes. Would not have seen her if I didn’t ski over her. She had given up crying stuck for over an hour.
@liftblog I like seeing the pics of your travels. I’d be curious if you shared some not so well known ski areas worth visiting. Lift served terrain with quality runs. I visited Mt. Rose on a recommendation this last season and loved it.
@JohnPetersonFW Not sure why I see your tweets. But you seem like someone I don’t ever want to hang out with. Thought I’d let you know so you can self reflect.
@zzyzx Never. Same as it ever was. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose…I think it is part of the nostalgia of being on tour in the summer. I bet Star Lake has increased energy due to the cancellation. Tour war wound stories abound on lot tomorrow. I love outdoor live music.
@shapsio Bought cold bags of ice and then laid on them until melted. It was hot. It was a blast before the Toronto shows where I became a man and entered a bar at the age of 19. Memories. Thanks.
