To the USMS / BOP / Miami FDC @SecRubio:
As a former 1811 who personally processed and delivered hundreds of prisoners into this exact facility, I am raising a precise legal and operational concern regarding the Tate brothers.
They are currently on a USMS hold pending extradition approval/denial in proceedings.
They have not been convicted of any crime in the United States and, most importantly, are U.S. citizens, yet their status is that of extradition detainees.
Over more than three years of proceedings in Romania, the brothers appeared at every required court hearing and judicial proceeding — more than 40 in total — without missing a single one.
They even returned to Romania when summoned after travel restrictions were eased.
That is a clear and documented record of compliance.
Under Wright v. Henkel, 190 U.S. 40 (1903), bail in international extradition cases may be granted upon a showing of special circumstances. A consistent multi-year history of appearing for every required hearing constitutes precisely the type of special circumstance the Court contemplated. I formally request that the court give full and fair consideration to bond.
Further, under Bell v. Wolfish, 441 U.S. 520 (1979), individuals detained pending judicial proceedings cannot be subjected to conditions that amount to punishment. Restrictions must be reasonably related to a legitimate governmental objective. Arbitrary or unnecessarily harsh treatment fails that standard.
As U.S. citizens who have not been charged with any crime in the United States, the Tate brothers should not be subjected to detention-like restrictions based solely on allegations made by a foreign government.
At a minimum, they should be released under reasonable supervision, with appropriate reporting requirements and assurances they will appear for all required U.S. proceedings, meetings, or hearings.

@JackofParlays@EternalAfroJosh It still dont mean he sa'd her even if she did see his situation, when I first heard the story yrs ago I thought ok he tried to smash and somehow things went sour how she gon say he had it out and was beating, but she not interested but is still there in the car?
@ThuhRealMak Seriously as someone who is fully on the side of truth and justice I find it alarming that from years ago I haven't heard a single thing outside of the unclear accusation that make me believe it...🤷🏾♂️

Dear @TeamYouTube: The YouTube channel (@MohammedHijab) is abusing the copyright system to attack other channels. Here is a video clip of him giving me VERBAL CONSENT to put our discussion on my channel. After I posted it, he filed a copyright complaint. Why is this being allowed? Are people allowed to deceptively give verbal consent to post content in order to get the person a strike?

Tekken 8 without heat would have just been a less input delay tekken 7. We don’t need another 6-7 years of T7. Heat can stay, just tone it down. They can do the right thing and fix this game lol.
Two years ago, @MeekMill stood beside Governor @JoshShapiroPA as Act 44 was signed into law. The passage of that bill represented a major milestone for REFORM Alliance and the culmination of five years of tireless effort. Today, the results are undeniable: Act 44 is working.
Act 44 creates a fairer and more effective probation system, helping Pennsylvanians by:
- Replacing one-size-fits-none probation conditions with an individualized approach that prioritizes rehabilitation and public safety
- Limiting when someone can be sent to prison for a technical violation, and for how long
- Streamlining the early termination process and creating evidence-based guardrails on the length of probation sentences
- Incentivizing positive behaviors, personal growth, and rehabilitation through a credits system that accelerates opportunities for early termination
Pennsylvanians across the Commonwealth are benefiting from Act 44 and we’re so proud of the time and effort invested by our team and local partners to make Act 44 a reality. Read more: https://t.co/MwQrFwjvzV
