@KKellyMSU Seriously one of my biggest priorities as we build a new team. So many people left on our team and itβs clear how much knowledge is forever lost because it was never documented on how to do X or why we did Y. Working on fixing it.

@McDonalds Really disappointed w my purchase today (#35 at 11:07a at store #25272). No fries or napkins w my order, lukewarm food. When called to talk to franchise location directly, no answer. Live in area and not sure weβll be back with such lack of care in my order! βΉοΈ

@KKellyMSU Yes! I deleted my work email from my phone (have to log in online) & itβs one of the best self care things Iβve ever done. Not constantly seeing the notifications of emails unread (aka things not done) & only looking when I CHOOSE to look has been so good for my mental health!
@cesilvam Agree agree agree. Began working remotely (pandemic) pre-baby and now that my daughter is here (13mos now), I canβt bear the thought of going back in-person full-time.
@South_PawMike I once gave wedding DJ company 4 stars because they called members of our wedding party by the wrong name. I got a lengthy response on why this review was unfair and would negatively impact business. π Didnβt take it down; stand by my review!
