You want the gas pipeline from East to West but not a West to East Rail network? Seriously?

You have a new deep sea port that means MORE cargo to the Western region, but you do not want it connected to the markets in the East via a rail line? So, who was it built for? Only Western Region?

You don't understand GDP is a gross DOMESTIC product, meaning DOMESTIC states have to grow for your National GDP to grow,

You don't understand that if consumption falls in any part of Nigeria, it reduces the consumption in Lagos? You don't get that? (e.g., if the business fails in Aba, it imports fewer raw materials, which reduces cargo volume, VAT, and bank profits collected in Lagos.)

You don't understand that the jobs and FDI for this rail project will land in Lagos because that is where the HQ of Nigerian banks are?

Don't you understand your job is to ensure all commerce starts in your region so you capture more tax? Why is Canada giving your family a visa to come to Canada? So they can tax you to pay the pensions of old Canadians (oh, you thought it was because they were friendly?)

Homework for you: pull up the consumption numbers for all of Nigeria, the @NBS_Nigeria publishes it, then show me if consumption increased in Lagos as if it fell across Nigeria (yes, it fell across ALL Nigeria, but fact check me)

My point? You can spew this tribal nonsense until you are blue in the face, but economics does not care; all regions in Nigeria need each other to prosper. Most of you have never run a small business before, nor do you understand how an economy works, and it shows,

This map below Master Plan for Integrated Transportation Infrastructure (MITI), traffic volume from West to East is the highest in Nigeria, that's taxes and Jobs, that's why the southern region has less poverty, commerce reduces poverty (jeez a child knows this)

Do you want to double Nigeria's GDP in 8 years? Then, connect all States, especially the Southern States, with a rail line to move cargo and increase productivity and gross domestic incomes.
