@CheshireEast I first reported this hole in the road (and for info - I don't class a drain collapse as a pothole) on 12th May 2025. Since then it has grown to be over 20cm diameter and is over 3 foot deep. Please fix it ASAP before a cyclist or pedestrian is injured.

Hi @YourRepairUK . Customer here for 3 years, however given that my boiler has been unusable for the past 4 weeks and it is estimated to be another 2 before the right part arrives from Germany I won't be recommending you or renewing my contract. Terrible service at every stage.

@EnvAgencyNW Last night it was really bad, and you would almost certainly have been able to follow the foam to it's source. Certainly south (upstream) of Byron's lane in Macclesfield because it was still very foamy there
