One of the girls featured in Panorama was anally raped by four men at just 11 years old. What surprised me was hearing the BBC finally say “predominantly Pakistani Muslim men”. For years, the language around grooming gangs has been softened. This was never about one officer or one force. Across multiple towns, patterns were missed, warnings ignored and children left exposed to horrific abuse. Apologies cannot undo that. The public deserves the full facts, however uncomfortable they are.

Matthew Bartnik has asked for his story to be shown to the public and I think you all need to see it.

In 2006, I moved to the UK from Poland. I went to university in 2012 to become a mechanical engineer and have spent over a decade working in the industry. Alongside my career, over the last 9 years I dedicated my spare time to child protection at ECPU, personally leading more than 1,000 stings in both the UK and Poland to catch online predators.

Wanting to serve the public even further, I joined HM Coastguard as a rescue officer. For me, duty isn't defined by politics or personal opinions—it is defined entirely by action. When a 999 call came in, I never stopped to ask who needed help. I put my gear on and executed the mission without hesitation.

Despite that track record, I was suspended last month. During an online child protection operation involving an illegal immigrant from Gambia, I expressed my personal view regarding illegal immigration from third-world countries and the need to follow British rules. Having submitted my official statement at the station today, I now face being sacked in the coming weeks.

People need to know how frontline service personnel in this country are being treated. It is disheartening to see dedicated responders silenced and disciplined over private opinions, even when their commitment to saving lives and keeping the public safe has never wavered

Observe the timeline:

-Friday: Zelensky throws a fit and refuses to sign minerals deal at White House.

-Saturday/Sunday: Zelensky runs off to London to beg for money from Europe, they give him a minuscule amount of funds and tell him to go beg Trump for forgiveness.

-Monday: Trump says that if Zelensky does not come to the table ready for peace, then he will “not be around very long”. Hours later, Trump cuts off all weapons sales, aid, funding, stockpiles, etc., until Zelensky is committed to a ceasefire and peace deal.

-Today: Zelensky is ready to commit to a peace deal, first thing this morning.

You just witnessed the Art of the Deal play out in real time.

Trump is holding all the cards, and forced Zelensky to submit. Zelensky was trying to play games and keep this war going, so Trump dropped the hammer on him. Trump essentially told Zelensky ‘you either work with me on stopping this war, or we will let Putin kill you’.

That was the value of a Home Office contract awarded to Corporate Travel Management (North) Limited for “Bridging Accommodation and Travel Services.”

And look at some of the services Lowe found specified in the contract 👇

🍽️ Varied daily menus, taking religious requirements into account.
🥪 Miss the evening meal? Provision for a light snack.
🧹 Routine professional cleaning, with cabins cleaned TWICE weekly.
🧺 Housekeeping laundry service, with a MAXIMUM 48-hour turnaround.
🩺 Assistance registering with GPs and dentists.
🚐 Transport to and from medical appointments.
🎯 Organised recreational activities seven days a week — mornings, afternoons and evenings.
📶 Full Wi-Fi coverage.
📱 Access to new mobile phones.
🚌 Transport provision, including travel into — and beyond — the local area.

All contained within an asylum accommodation and travel contract funded by the taxpayer.

And here’s another part that deserves scrutiny:

📅 The contract began in February 2023, while Reform UK’s Suella Braverman MP was Home Secretary and Robert Jenrick was Immigration Minister.

The Home Office has confirmed it was a direct award through a Crown Commercial Service framework, with CTM the sole supplier on the relevant lot. The final contract signature was completed on 24 March 2023.

Taxpayers want to know:

❓ How much was actually spent under this £1.59 BILLION contract?
❓ How much did each individual service cost?
❓ Did taxpayers receive value for money?
❓ Why are detailed financial figures still being withheld as commercially sensitive?

This isn’t speculation.

The contract exists.
The £1.593 BILLION value is documented.
