nothing works in the app, I can't see my shipments, I can't track shipment, the only thing the app is good for is to receive money and do drop off. This has affected the business negatively. Gig logistics customer care wasted my money on calls, no responds @GiGLogistics @gigl_uk

Dear @inDrive, your rider picked up my package without starting the ride, I called his number many times but not reachable, after 5 hours of not reachable, he canceled the ride. Now he's nowhere to be found. Pls where is my package? This is crazy!!!

@inDrive Majority of the indrive rider I ordered to deliver parcel for me will carry the parcel and refuse to start the ride.. Almost all of them does that, and after the parcel is delivered, they'll cancel the ride and stated that it was me that ask them to cancel in which i know nothing about.. This has really affected my rating.. Indrive should pls upgrade their system.

Drivers are seriously extorting passengers with @inDrive app at Muritala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. After accepting the ride, they'll begin Renegotiating with riders, charging high on offline and canceled the rides. Imagine from airport to Lekki, the app shown 20,600. The driver said its too small that he want 45,000. And when I said no, he cancelled it.. More than 20 drivers did same thing that day @inDrive. I was stranded at the airport. I'm sure this happens everyday at airport. @inDrive please look into this, riders are suffering from these thief called drivers at airport everyday.

@boltapp @BoltNigeri80956 I requested a ride from Ajah lagos to ikeja lagos, the bike driver accepted the trip, he noticed its a card trip, he requested that I should change it to cash but I told him i can't, except the trip is cancel which I can't. He immediately INSULTED ME and said (FVCK YOU) and he cancelled the trip.. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I request the driver should be penalise for such unruly behaviour. Thank you
