I would argue many of the diseases you site simply didn't historically emerge because humans died to early for them to do so.

@ValerieAnne1970 I have noted that most inflammatory diseases are the consequence of diet, lifestyle and genetics.
We also know through science that cancer and tumours have multiple causes and eating meat is not a significant risk whilst only vegetables doesn't prevent them.
