24 Fire Update from Fremont County

UPDATE as of 6:15 pm the fires estimated size is 670 acres.

A wildfire burning along State Highway 115 has rapidly expanded to approximately 80 acres and remains 0% contained.

MANDATORY ROAD CLOSURE IN EFFECT: State Highway 115 is CLOSED from mile marker 21 to mile marker 27. This closure is necessary to ensure the safety of emergency personnel actively working in the area.
