@Adieuxox Thanks Lauren. I’m at the point of having to pay my final balance. Don’t want it going into a black hole, if they go bust. Like you, all I want to do is rearrange, not cancel. I can’t believe that after 12 weeks they haven’t got anyone who we can actually talk to.

@catearly Hi Catherine, Did you get a satisfactory response from Barrhead? I have a cruise booked with them in August. I've been trying to contact them since end of March. No response. No branches are taking phone calls. I'm concerned they are going under.

I was at Holiday Inn, York, from 6th-9th Aug. A valid description of the hotel, in one word, it would be 'grubby' in & out. The staff just don't see it, or care.
