I want to formally announce that my book 'The Office: An Oral History' (featuring 86 new interviews with the cast and crew) is coming out March 24th through @DuttonBooks. #TheOffice. https://t.co/64xTaeDOkn
@dwaters71 Thanks Dave. My favorite keeps changing, but the one I keep going back to is Business School. I love how it mixes the ridiculousness of the "vampire" bat with Pam's art show...Casino Night, Dinner Party and The Injury are also right up there.
@u2semfronteiras@RollingStone I only know what they told me, but it seems like a Zoo TV anniversary tour in 2022 seems like a real possibility. It's a very exciting thought.
@Shlomo_Franklin Not to shortchange their contributions, but they were hired hands that weren't on every leg of that one tour. Melissa is an official member of the band. Perhaps I still should have found a way to mention them...Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the article.
@bananapeele That was our first non-group text and I'm very bad about entering names into my phone...And I finished that amazing Jessica Simpson book long before that. It's the book of the year.
Is there any precedent for Guns N' Roses doing a Velvet Revolver song? Did Bauhaus ever cover Love & Rockets? Did Creed cover Alter Bridge or Rage Against The Machine cover Audioslave?
@TKDStormSpotter Sure. That's like Velvet Revolver covering Guns N' Roses, Audioslave covering Rage or Pearl Jam covering Mother Love Bone. It's the opposite that's so nuts.
@JoeCdotEXE @RollingStone They are one of my all time favorite bands and ‘Are We Not Men’ is my single favorite record, hands down. They are groundbreaking geniuses. I just meant their records stopped selling by the mid 80s.
