@AgniVesa_07 i remember a talk she was in where this issue was brought up... they said 2 crores, but bother to find out what crores is, and said 'something like a few thousand dollars' and laughed it off. first of all it is USD 250000, and second even 1 dollar siphoned from charity is fraud.

@Tushar15 5 years back we were in this boat. the day before the actual exams we took the route to the assigned center just so we could figure out the exact route and wouldn't get lost etc. we arrived an hour early.

@adityajakki today exams can be started when the student is ready, 24x7x365. anyone who says that a test is legitimate only if 1000s of students reach a specific building before a specific time and there are 10000s such buildings is just incompetent. ditto elections with voters.
