As a whole I feel hopeful about things, but there is even more with a truck issue, hopefully an easy fix. It was stalling without getting enough fuel and on top of that one of our power station is going out. I believe it’s a malfunctioning board. It was 107 today and there had to be ac running even at night. we sleep with the doors open usually. It was crazy hot last night we had to put a generator on just to cool things off. These are the challenges of living rural and off grid.
I have recorded calls of the new plan that was promised and was also later told that isn’t even a plan that’s available. We escalated it to a retention specialist and then a new plan was created. We were also sent the out the new hardware that isn’t even compatible with our set up.
Also we found a really affordable vet that doesn’t want to do endless tests and expensive meds. The only thing is she’s so old I’m not sure how much longer she will be around. She’s definitely a no nonsense lady and tells it like it is. A client used to work for her so she came recommended. Little blessings amidst the chaos.
One thing I found is grok is good at giving a Chinese medicine diagnosis and recommending herbal ideas. Upload just your tongue, not your face as that’s inappropriate 🤷🏻♀️. It gave me some affordable ideas for both of us for digestion, stomach and spleen qi and detailed explanations. Then I decided to get some seeds for auricular therapy.
Went to accupuncture for the fifth time, it’s been a while. Affordable community one that’s a little too far. I wanted to go to become an acupuncturist in my late 20s, the university of Minnesota was holding my transcript though for a bill for classes I never attended. Soooo I went to school for shiatsu and massage instead. It was a blessing in disguise.
It’s like gaslighting at its lowest, totally deny what they promised and made us switch …then completely denied it and asked why we did it ?!! We were getting overcharged and it didn’t look like it was going to stop , if it wasn’t getting resolved we were taking our business elsewhere. So they literally faked resolution while we were promised a call from higher ups about a refund. Then to find out the reasonable priced plan they offered doesn’t exist. Then we were gaslight again as to why did you change a plan ?! We would just have gotten credited. So it takes three retention specialist and then they still haven’t credited us for a resolution. Totally unacceptable.
Things definitely feel pressurized. Patience seems to be key. We are still waiting on our water tank and then AT and T has overcharged us around 1200, oh because they decided to discontinue our plan as apparently they will do this with older plants? We never received any notification and of course disputing the charges through a retention specialist. We received a lower cost plan now, but they still have our 1200 so is it really that much cheaper?! So fed up with bureaucracy. Life always brings challenges.
@ATT wow and then they said they dropped this old plans. So for three months you charged us an extra 1200??!! Multiple people said they don’t offer that plan anymore and now a third retention specialist said I don’t know why you got rid of an unlimited grandfathered plan?! We were told twice that dropped the plan and they didn’t notify us by email or txt just started throttling us and overcharging. Then another retention specialist said today after they sent out the hardware for the new plan they set us up on, she asked why didn’t we stay on that plan as it’s grandfathered in !!! They pushed us out and overcharged us and now she’s telling us the new plan they created doesn’t even exist. We would like our money back not credited.
