Retail Nursery, Evesham. Run by two ex Pershore college friends with the help of their four year old boys. Specialising in Penstemon and other herbaceous plants
Verbena bonariensis is at peak flowering. A great wildlife plant, bees and butterflies love the flowers, and later finches and sparrows eat the seeds too!
Francoa sonchifolia in the RPF garden. This plant was on a yellow card at the end of last year as it hadn't really performed very well. It's clearly listened to the feedback!
I know they are frowned on now by many but I’m keen on buddleias and grow quite a few favouring those with distinct flower colours. One of the first to flower for me is ‘Pink Profusion’ still one of the best pinks with big chunky panicles.
#RHSHampton coverage continues tonight on @BBCTwo at 9:30pm! Carol Klein searches for foliage with a fizz, @frostatwork shares some design tips, and @diamondhill2012 shows how to bring the festival feeling into your own garden. https://t.co/VSqL3dSEny @gwandshows
Is there a better geranium for dry shade than G. nodosum ‘Silverwood’? Julie Ritchie at Hoo House Nursery swears by it and recommended it to me. It’s a cracker.
@PershoreColin@greenjjam Lovely to see @PershoreColWCG alumini owner of @greenjam nursery on programme from Hampton Court Festival talking about her 'White Nursery'
Wow, that's unusual, a delivery company asking us if we were happy with the delivery.
Pleased to say it was a good delivery. So would certainly recommend them
