We ourselves have had a bad experience and the feeling is we have been completely cheated as customers... Having shipped us a wrong product and refusing to replace !

My personal recommendation: uninstall app, dont buy - they seem to be cheating ordinary folks.. it isnt a matter of a 1000/- T shirt we ordered.

@MyntraSupport Hello you guys have wrongly 'investigated' my order and have rejected my return. The service is unacceptable. A wrong item has been sent and no one is resdy to accept that in your team. The number jas been sent in private chat under which the account is created.

I am at my home, have NEVER visited Jodhpur, and car has not gone out of premises today. Is this a new fraud that is taking place ?
