Our ignorance of mental illness caused his death. 5 minutes of talking could have saved him? 5 minutes could save others! Don’t just be a memory X

Suicide doesn’t just take one life, it takes generations, current and future! Keep talking, spot changes in friends and colleagues! 5 minutes could save a life, a chat, hug or just a coffee with a suffering person could make a difference. Stay safe X
