The Red Sea coastline is splitting into overlapping alignments, and Somalia just showed how tangled it has become.

The sequence I have been watching across the Horn of Africa because of business interests that I am able to talk about for the first time is showing up on the map:

1. In December 2025: Israel recognises Somaliland, the breakaway region, and moves toward a naval base at the port of Berbera. Mogadishu calls it a violation of its sovereignty.

2. July to September 2026: the Ansrallah Houthis in Yemen push along and seize Yemen's Red Sea coast and intensify their strikes on Saudi Arabia.

3. October 2026: the Houthis claim a ballistic-missile and drone strike on an Aramco facility in Riyadh itself. Fire and smoke are seen near the site. Saudi Arabia and Aramco say nothing. The same day, Yemeni government forces hit Houthi positions in Sana'a and the northwest.

4. October 2026: in an Al Jazeera exclusive interview I watched, the Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud names the Ansrallah Houthis in Yemen as the problem.

He said: "In real time, it is the Houthis that are aggressive, that are outside the international law or international framework", choking navigation through Bab al-Mandeb.

I see this as interests that explains the move from Somali, not his slogans.

Somalia sits across the Gulf of Aden from a coast the Houthis now hold.

That control threatens Somali ports, shipping revenue and a refugee flow that already lands on its shores, which is why Mogadishu now lines up behind the Saudi-led effort to reopen the strait because it needs the flow to open.

In the same interview, Mohamud rejects any Israeli presence "under any circumstances", calls the Berbera move part of a "Greater Israel" project, and vows to resist it. Somaliland, a part of breakaway region of Somali has signed several agreements with Israel as of recent and tilts toward Israel.

Somalia fights both the Houthis and Israel at once with this statement and with the interview.

That is the shape of this war now. Alignments no longer run in clean blocs. A single capital can oppose the Iranian axis and the Israeli one in the same breath, because each threatens a different interest.

The coalition against the Houthis is widening, but each capital joins only where its own interest is threatened, and Somalia will go no further.

I am Iranian, and it gives me no pleasure to say this. I say it because I have already lived through what you still treat as unthinkable.

But Paul is right. 250,000 armed men can take a huge number of lives in 48 hours. Ten months ago, on 8 and 9 January, it happened in Iran. A relatively small number of regime IRGC gunmen killed at least 72,000 people. That is the latest figure President Trump has said was documented. I believe the real number is higher.

@DouglasKMurray once said that Westerners cannot really imagine what religious fanatics are like, and that despite all the rhetoric, everything changes when the other man might kill you.

Most people in England still cannot picture it. They think what happened in Iran on those two days, or what happened on 7 October, is a horror reserved for other people, in other places. It is not. You are not immune. Not at all.

Your politicians have brought the same kind of men into this country. IRGC, Hamas and Hezbollah supporters. No vetting. They live among you. Many of them are sleeper cells. They have not been activated, YET.

The people who were supposed to protect you are in bed with the same terrorists. Last month the US Treasury Secretary, @SecScottBessent , said on camera that Washington knows where the regime’s accounts sit in trust companies in the British Virgin Islands, and knows the hundred-million-dollar houses it owns around the world.

Regime’s new leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, has been linked by a Bloomberg investigation to more than £100 million in luxury London property, held through intermediaries. That is the tip of the iceberg. So when I say something is going on behind the scenes, that is not a conspiracy theory.

They announce that the IRGC is banned, that diplomatic ties are cut, and so on. It is a sham. UK has been one of the biggest lifelines the Islamic regime has had.

I warned long ago that a parallel power structure was being built in the mosques, the community centres, and elsewhere. An army is being assembled. Once it is deployed, it will be too late. They may not be able to take over UK, but they certainly can inflict an unimaginable pain on you. They hate you enough for that. There is a reason they are called death cult.

There was a religious conference in Saudi Arabia that is a big deal to the Muslim world, but it is irrelevant for the rest of the world.

At this conference, however, it became relevant for the rest of us in the peripheral of the war.

A leading Pakistani religious leader issued a stern statement against the Ansrallah Houthis in Yemen. Most analysts read this as irrelevant, but having spent years working and traveling to Pakistan, I can tell you this:

That was a religious authorization on the highest order issued to the Pakistani Public and the Pakistan Armed Forces that de-legitimizes the Houthis so that public opinion is swayed, BEFORE the war starts!

Pakistan is highly likely to join the war against the Houthis in the coming weeks and months.

Paglia's point is that women have been raised in a way that makes them naïve. They believe that the suburban, middle-class setting is the default condition of the world, and that the rights they have go with them anywhere, even to a foreign country or a bedroom during a drunken party. And this is the part I think about a lot...

Written history is only about 2% of all human history. And this post-1945, "rules-based order" we're living in is only about 2% of written history. And written history comprises things like mountains of skulls, banners made from the skins of enemies, torture as part of the legal system, defiled corpses, and cities given to soldiers for three days of rape and plunder with no rules.

The World Wars industrialized it. None of the progress of the 200 years of "enlightenment" prevented it, either. Keep in mind that Germany and Japan signed the Hague Conventions in 1899 and 1907. Paper rules burn easily. That's what makes the "oh, we've evolved past all of this" argument a load of nonsense.

This postwar order, this illusory anomaly we've lived in for 80 years, was built by people who were scarred by two World Wars in 33 years. Orders are never permanent. Every previous order fell, and this one will too, except we'll have drones and AI to make even bigger mountains of skulls next time.

And this is where Paglia's statements become more important because in a real breakdown, the people with weapons and the will to use them will control the food, fuel, and shelter first. You know who does that the most? Men. The tech level doesn't matter, either. It never has. From melee weapons, through missile weapons, to firearms, to drones, conflict has been the province of men. Testosterone and its resulting aggression reign supreme. They end up dominating everyone who doesn't have resources, and eventually you get stability.

Do you know what's downstream from that? Patriarchy.

That's the irony facing the women that Paglia's discussing here: what they despise the most is the only thing that will save them when this order is gone someday. If you don't believe me, then look at how many patriarchal societies still exist in the world today, or read about the sack of Berlin in 1945.

Paglia is right: women should be treated as adults. And that includes women understanding what their rights are protected by.

Muslim Turks, under the commands of Mustafa Kemal, sold the bones of the murdered Greeks and Armenians.

After the genocide and expulsion of the Greeks from Asia Minor, ships loaded with the remains of Greeks and Armenians sailed on their way to Western Europe.

Turkey sold the bones of the dead. Industries used them to bleach sugar and tobacco. They ground them into fertilizer.

At least 400 tons. More than 50,000 dead.

Thousands of men, women, and children fell into the hands of the Kemalist army and the irregulars. Women were raped in groups. Men were tortured without limit.

Entire villages that stayed behind, hoping their Turkish neighbors would show mercy, were executed.

The doors of the houses in Smyrna were smashed and the crowds of the enraged Muslims rushed upon many Greeks. Christians who were shut up in their houses and awaited with anguish dishonor and death. Women were raped, men were slaughtered, and whatever was most valuable was stolen. In the streets of Smyrna there were hundreds of corpses which stank and made the air suffocating. Those who escaped the slaughter were seized by the Turkish military authorities and led like sheep, in groups, to various concentration camps outside Smyrna, where they were shut in.

The hostages from Asia Minor and the region of Pontus were driven on death marches across thousands of kilometers. Barefoot. Nearly naked. Beaten by Muslims along the way. Many died of thirst in the ravines of Magnesia. Those ravines supplied the bones Kemal later sold.

The survivors were sent to labor battalions. They rebuilt the infrastructure of the new Turkish state under conditions designed to finish them.

After Lausanne, 1.5 million refugees arrived in Greece searching for relatives who never came home.

This is not ancient history. This is the century that produced us. This is the story of our grandparents.

They want us to forget.

They want the bones to remain fertilizer and the names to remain numbers.

The genocide was orchestrated by Mustafa Kemal & the Young Turks, & it was racially and religiously motivated in order to create their Islamic pseudo-nation 100 years ago. They butchered, tortured, raped, burnt and starved to death through the death marches millions of Greeks, Armenians and Assyrians only because of their race and religion. The strongest evidence is that the only people who survived and remained in Turkey were those who converted. From Greeks and Armenians, they became Muslim Turks, a fake identity with no historical continuation and no footprint in Asia Minor.

The true barbarian is the one who turns the dead into raw material and then lectures the living about civilization.

Americans are watching France freeze in front of terror and riots, and they cannot understand why the politicians do nothing. The reason is what looks like an obvious problem to an American does not look like a problem inside France’s dominant political language. If it is not seen as a problem, there is no will to solve it.

That language is heir to Marxism and to the critique of structure. American conservatism is heir to classical liberalism. Both sides talk about freedom as if the word meant the same thing. It does not. In the French tradition that shaped the universities and the political class, freedom means breaking the existing order. In the American classical-liberal tradition, freedom means the absence of arbitrary constraint, and law is what makes that freedom last.

The dominant French view is sick in my view. Distrust of order is treated as a virtue, even though order is what made civilization possible. Breaking the rule is valued for its own sake, and individual behavior is treated as the product of structure rather than as a choice for which a person is responsible. That romanticizes violence and closes off the practical means of stopping it. The American view still treats the person as someone who chooses, even while criticizing the structure, and who answers for the consequences.

Foucault was the strongest influence on the academic climate that trained this political class. He was not a party Marxist, but he kept the same habit: authority was suspect, the individual was produced by power, and liberation meant rupture.

For instance, he also argued that sex and identity are products of discourse. That became the doorway for Butler and gender theory, transgender headache and erasing biological reality. Foucault himself lived in sadomasochism and died of AIDS in 1984. Turned out biology was not a construct of power per se.

He went to Iran twice in 1978–79, wrote with fascination about the break with the Shah’s state, and evaded the regime that followed.

This was the culture that called Khomeini a freedom fighter. France sheltered him at Neauphle-le-Château, gave him a platform, and in February 1979 he flew from Paris to Tehran on an Air France plane.

What fell was not an abstraction called the West. It was the Shah’s Iran, a country with a state and law. For forty-seven years they treated that order as something that had deserved to die.

Iranians have rejected the script. Woman, Life, Freedom movement in 2022, excited those circles because it fit their frame: women rising against the government. Now that Iranians are calling for the Shah and for the pre-revolution order, those circles deny it and censor the voices.

Their excitement was never about helping Iran reach stability. They are attached to our chaos and the suffering.

Americans who stood behind President @realDonaldTrump brought back a rational will to end this endless disorder, but France, still in love with rupture, is so cooked.

Au début, les gens étaient sceptiques.

Il faut comprendre d'où partait ce pays. En 2015, le Salvador est la capitale mondiale du meurtre : plus de 100 homicides pour 100 000 habitants. Un pays de 6 millions d'habitants tenu par deux gangs, la MS-13 et Barrio 18, avec des dizaines de milliers de membres. Ils contrôlent des quartiers entiers. Tu franchis la mauvaise frontière invisible entre deux territoires, tu meurs. Chaque commerce paie la "renta". Les chauffeurs de bus qui refusent de payer sont exécutés au volant, devant les passagers. En 2010 à Mejicanos, des membres de gang aspergent un bus d'essence et y mettent le feu avec les gens enfermés dedans. Des gamins recrutés à 12 ans. Des ados tués parce qu'ils refusaient d'entrer dans un gang. Des familles entières qui fuient vers les États-Unis parce que rester, c'est enterrer ses enfants.

Bukele arrive au pouvoir en 2019. En mars 2022, les gangs font une démonstration de force : 62 meurtres en une seule journée, 87 en un week-end.

Sa réponse arrive le lendemain : état d'exception. Et il ne l'a jamais levé.

L'armée et la police entrent dans les quartiers que l'État avait abandonnés depuis 20 ans. Des villes entières sont encerclées et fouillées maison par maison. Plus de 80 000 arrestations. Un tatouage de gang suffit. En quelques mois, il construit le CECOT, une méga-prison de 40 000 places. Les chefs sont isolés, les communications coupées, plus aucun ordre ne sort des cellules. Les peines pour simple appartenance à un gang explosent.

Les ONG hurlent. La presse internationale le traite de dictateur. Lui met "le dictateur le plus cool du monde" dans sa bio et continue.

Résultat : le taux d'homicide passe sous les 2 pour 100 000. Moins que les États-Unis. Le pays le plus dangereux du monde devient l'un des plus sûrs du continent en trois ans.

Et le peuple a tranché. Réélu en 2024 avec environ 85 % des voix, une popularité autour de 90 %. Aujourd'hui, les gens sortent le soir, les terrasses sont pleines, les surfeurs débarquent du monde entier, le tourisme explose, la diaspora revient. Le Salvador est devenu un petit paradis.

Moi, je suis très optimiste sur la France. On a la meilleure culture du monde. Les meilleures infrastructures. Les plus beaux paysages. The Illusion Of Awakening: Why Exposing Conspiracies Isn’t Enough

People have been trying to expose conspiracies for decades, myself included, and even more so over the past five years.

However, have you noticed that nothing truly changes in the long run?

No one is ever really revealed or arrested, and the conspiracies, evil, psy-ops, and wrongdoing continue, even as the ego believes it has achieved something by chasing the dangling carrot of “conspiracy revelation.”

The big 9/11 lie is still entrenched, and no major public revelation, let alone arrests, has ever taken place.

But this is not anyone’s fault “out there.”

You can blame Trump, the left, the right, statists, the system, governments, or whoever happens to be in charge.

Nor will any new system or ideology, from voluntarism and anarchism to socialism, capitalism, or any other “ism,” bring about any fundamental change.

But that is ultimately a waste of time and energy.

There will always be more to hook you in and “figure out.”

Why? Because there is no shift in consciousness and no inner transformation to positively impact the world.

It all remains a mental and external exercise and can easily create more paranoia and mental loops that satisfy the conspiracy-driven egoic intellect, which believes it is “solving a puzzle” while receiving dopamine hits from it in the search for the boogeyman.

“Awakening” does not happen by trying to resolve or expose endless conspiracy theories.

I am not implying that we should simply look away and ignore it all.

However, without inner alignment, sincere psycho-spiritual work, and a fundamental shift in consciousness, people can fall into the illusion of being awake while actually lost in a mental rabbit hole and fighting shadows on the wall, some of them projected by their own fearful or paranoid thought formations.

They can become subjected to unconscious psychic, archetypal, and occult forces, along with manifestations of the collective and their own personal shadow, which they remain unaware of.

This is a crisis of consciousness and a war on consciousness. It is a spiritual war that works through us.

Hence, the solution must be spiritual in nature if it is to effect a change in consciousness.

We function at a very low level of consciousness, deeply disconnected from our spiritual nature and the Divine, lost in this dark age of a predominantly materialistic worldview.

The distraction and illusion of external technological advancement and material comfort convince us that we are more “evolved,” but in truth, we are like children in kindergarten pretending to be adults.

We still have a long way to go during what esoteric traditions call the Time of Transition if we want it to be successful.

I’m not intending to sound pessimistic, but many people are traumatized without realizing it, convinced they are “awake” while actually trapped in unconscious defense mechanisms that keep them disembodied and imprisoned in the mental labyrinth of what Neil Kramer termed the “second” matrix.

As a result, we will see more psychosis and collective insanity in the years ahead. This is also an aspect of the dark side of Pluto in Aquarius over the next 20 years.

This will be intensified by occult hostile forces and entities feeding the already fragmented mind with thought injections, increasing psychological splitting, amplifying nonsense conspiracies, and feeding off grandiosity, polarization, anxiety, projections, and delusion.

It brings spiritual warfare to a whole new level.

Soul embodiment and the ability to discern within yourself what is a shadow part, a wounded sub-personality, an inner child part, a defense mechanism, a shadow projection, entity interference, a thought injection, an egregore, or your true Self in alignment with the Divine have never been more important.

That’s why I find it increasingly difficult to take attempts to “expose” evil or conspiracies seriously when they are not accompanied by sincere inner work to cleanse the organs of perception and ignite the alchemical fire of transmutation within.

There are legitimate conspiracies and hidden agendas that deserve investigation. The problem begins when exposing the outer world becomes a substitute for examining the inner one.

In short, face your own unconscious Deep State within as well, and be careful of externalizing all darkness and evil, falling into psychological splitting, and adopting oversimplified black-and-white views of “good” and “evil” stemming from your own projections.

Without that inner differentiation, you risk not only losing yourself, but losing your soul, as everything is going to intensify.

And it doesn’t stop after death. The way you live now and how connected you are to your soul and essence determines your afterlife experience and future incarnation.

And no, reincarnation is not a trap, nor is the tunnel of light a trap. These are examples of fringe conspiracy beliefs that can emerge from victim/blame consciousness, and a lack of sincere inner work and inner differentiation, without ever asking who the “I” is that holds this belief.

But that is a whole topic on its own.
