I think this is my favourite image from last week's northern lights storm. During the burst of activity at 00:19am we had beams raining down in red and greens, filling the sky above the Lovell Telescope at Jodrell Bank Observatory.

From the pick up in auroral activity around 21:53 on the 10th October 2024 as the higher altitude red emission joined the greens.
