@karldrinkwater @CooperativeBank @centrepointuk Completely agree with your frustration. I'm now locked out of my internet banking and it is a 30 minute (at least) wait on the phone to get the token reset. If I had known there was a problem I wouldn't have kept trying! Put it down to tired brain and poor typing and kept going!

@CooperativeBank Please can you confirm that you know there is a problem with the business banking login not accepting correct passcodes? Its locked me out after 3 correct attempts and the wait times on the phone is 30 minutes to reset my token! Will you reset automatically?
