The service has been bad for months with no shows maybe provide a good service before increasing the costs.

@nxwestmidlands Are we going to see fare prices go up because of this? You need to earn the public trust again rising fare prices won't help. Besides why should the public pay more when majority of the time your buses don't follow the schedule and are cancelled.

I hope im wrong otherwise they lose more trust in the public the service has horrible for the past year. I ask for ONE WEEK the buses that they actually turn up! Fed up of X1 no shows.

Over 80 percent of the time the bus no shows im left waiting 30 minutes to an hour for the next one and its full. Why buses are taken off a busy route makes no sense. Watch them hike up the prices to justify the wages.

@nxwestmidlands I have a swift card subscription that's valid until 22nd March. Unfortunately due to the strikes next week I won't be able to use it to get to work. Is it possible to get refund for the week since I cannot use the bus services.
