@SkyBroadbandd @bt_uk can you help, 1 month now without broadband, every time it’s you have to wait 48hrs before we can do anything. We are many 48hrs later and I still have no broadband and no updates. This is now beyond the joke. Please can someone call me and fix the issue.

@British_Airways morning, can I please suggest you improve check-in at Keflavík airport. It was total and utter scrum, no segregation for Club Europe or World Traveler, the line for Club Europe had 50 people in it when the plane only has room for 24 people.
