The median annual pay during the Great Depression was 22% of the cost of an average home. Today's it's 14%. That means that pay relative to home cost made it easier to buy a home during the Great Depression than right now. This is absurd.
I've spent a lot of money over the past 10 years especially finally paying off my college debts. And yet I don't begrudge people who may have their college loans cancelled because I'M NOT A SICK FUCK WHO DEFINES MY SELF WORTH THROUGH THE CONTINUED SUFFERING OF OTHERS.
i dont simply go through airport security. i have a goal. i want everyone in line to be blown away by my efficiency. i want to be celebrated as i push my belongings across the table. i want TSA to offer me a job (i’ll decline). i want people talking about me at their gate. glory.
Oh… my god. There is NOTHING worth waiting around that long during a fire alarm, especially not in a FACTORY FILLED WITH FLOUR. This post is going to haunt me for weeks.
