I just caught up on the whole situation involving Fritzy and all I can say is: what on Earth, @officialJKT48 ?

Surely there is no upside whatsoever in keeping a mere customer who has been emotionally harrassing your talent in private forums and in public spaces, while also harrassing your other customers.

By taking no action you are just inviting others to do the same, and next time it could be someone far more deranged. This is clearly, clearly an incident waiting to happen. Protect your talent. How is this not obvious? I can't imagine how much she suffers from this already.

Also to the fans, please realize that your attention is valuable and that you should never spend it on anyone who is not just undeserving of it, but also clearly becoming more erratic the more attention they receive.
